General Information Reservations
Appointments are strongly recommended. We will call you the day before your reservation to confirm your date and times. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Punctuality
Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to all facial, body and massage services so that you may change, relax, and receive the full benefit of your reservation time. Any client arriving 15 minutes past the time of his or her reservation may be asked to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required to cancel appointments. Missed appointments are subject to our cancellation policy which is a charge equal to 50% of the services scheduled.
Children
For the safety of your child, and the enjoyment of our clients, no children or cell phones are allowed in the spa area. In addition, please ensure your child can contribute to our stress-free environment in the salon area. We will be happy to reschedule your service if this is not possible. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
Giftcards
Giftcards are available in any dollar amount or for specific services or packages. After one year of issue gift cards decline in value at the rate of $10 per month.. Complimentary packaging is available. Giftcards may be purchased in person, by phone or online at Varunasalonspa.com. Special delivery and mailing are also available.
Spa Area
For your enjoyment and for the safety of your children there are no infants, children or cell phones allowed in the Spa or nail area. Alcoholic beverages are not legally allowed or permitted in the Salon or Spa area. Smoking is not allowed.
